Affordable Apartments
We know how difficult it is to find affordable housing in Inyo and Mono Counties. That’s why we offer two affordable complexes: Valley Apartments in Bishop, and Glass Mountain Apartments in Mammoth Lakes. Mammoth Lakes Housing has taken over these apartments. There is a waitlist for both apartment complexes.
Senior Housing
Valley Apartments offer low-cost apartments to those aged 62 and older who are income-eligible. Occupancy is usually limited to 1 person.
General Housing
Glass Mountain Apartments offer low-cost apartments to those aged 18 years or older who are income-eligible. Max occupancy is 3 people per household.

You can mail it to or drop it off at our Bishop office located at 180 Clarke Street, Bishop, CA 93514.
Most units are studio apartments. They include a refrigerator, stove, and/or microwave and all utilities are included in the rent. There is also a Community Garden on the patio area.
There is a range of rental prices depending on unit size, income level, and the availability of very-low rent units. Utilities and cable are included, and the complex is close to public transportation.
